When we speak, the words we use and the sentences we create reflect our culture and the way we do things. By learning a different language, you have a chance to look at the world in a new way.

3. Go somewhere new

Staying in your comfort zone can act as a straitjacket. Get out and absorb new ways of doing things.

By challenging yourself, you stretch your mind. It may also help you think of better ways of tackling recurring obstacles in your life.

4. Work out

Exercise get the blood pumping, which means that oxygen is transported throughout the body, boosting absorption of nutrients, the energy cycle of individuals cells and eliminating toxins from cells.
