Job role: Senior Quantity Surveyor with ID Experience
Monthly salary: RM 4000-RM 6000
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
(RJ)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking off quantities accurately, monitor material, cost evaluation of project and variation order
  • Responsible for cost control and monitoring of the projects
  • Familiar in tender preparation and contract documents including bill of quantities
  • Site valuation & site measurement for progress claims
  • Prepare Sub Con Claim
  • Prepare Client Claim
  • Prepare Bills and/or schedules of quantities
Job Requirement:
  • Min 3 years experience
  • Preferbly late 20s to early 30s
  • Able to handle 2-3 pax in a team
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or its equivalent
  • 2 Years experience in Interior Design
  • Minimum total 3-4 years (s) working experience in the related field
  • Experience in Pre & Post contract activeties
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Computer literate and possess a good command of MS Office and Excel
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
