Job role: Accounts Cum Admin Assistant
Monthly salary: RM 2000 – RM 3000

Perform Basic Accounting Duties
- Accounts cum Administrative Assistants support accountants and other financial staff by performing some of the basic accounting duties.
- This may include preparing deposits, processing payments, creating financial reports, assisting with the budget planning, preparing and submitting tax forms and maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets.
- The scope of these duties will vary depending on the type and size of an organization, but Accounts cum Administrative Assistants must have working knowledge of basic accounting functions
Provide Administrative Assistance
- Accounts cum Administrative Assistants also assist in administrative or clerical duties.
- They may answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, receive and sort mail, and any other tasks that contributes to the function of the accounting department
- Most Accounts cum Administrative Assistants will find themselves performing these types of duties every day
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy from recognized institution
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in related field
- Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- Able to work in a fast phase environment and able to handle long working hours
- Self-motivated and able to multi task and attention to details
- Result oriented and able to work independently
- Computer literate in MS Word & Excel in required
